What happens in each stage›

Recruiter / Hiring-Manager Screen: 30-45 min spoken call, usually with a recruiter embedded in the hiring team, sometimes a separate hiring-manager screen. Covers background, role and team fit, motivation, level calibration; some teams merge the two.
Technical Phone Screen: One to three 45-60 min live-coding rounds on CoderPad; most teams let you pick your language. Data-structures/algorithms fundamentals plus complexity reasoning; some teams substitute domain/practical problems.
Onsite Loop (virtual or in-person): ~4-6 rounds clustered in one block consistently covering three capabilities: coding, system design, and behavioral/collaboration. Distinctive Apple trait: some rounds are run by a pair of interviewers at once.
Team Match / Debrief / Decision: Because hiring is team-owned, the interviewing team decides. There is generally no separate central hiring committee like Google's.
