What happens in each stage›

Recruiter / hiring-manager screen: ~30 min spoken, non-technical: motivation, background, logistics, level calibration.
Technical phone screen (coding): ~45-60 min live coding in a shared editor (CoderPad-style); 1-2 practical DS&A problems; gate to the onsite.
Virtual onsite loop: Typically 4-5 back-to-back rounds: roughly 2 coding (one DS&A, one applied/build-a-small-thing), 1 system design (weighted for E4+, lighter/omitted for new-grad E3), 1 behavioral/values, sometimes a debugging/work-sample or domain round.
Hiring committee / debrief: Committee-style review, then offer and level (ladder E3-E7).
