Accenture
Accenture's behavioral interview is about how you manage and overcome hard situations, mapped to its six core values. This guide covers the fit round, not the online assessment or case.

Common questions
- Why does Accenture rely on behavioral interviews?
- In Accenture's own words: 'Many of our roles mean directly interacting with clients. These interviews give us a sense of how you work.' Expect STAR-style questions about teamwork, adaptability, and how you handle clients, with follow-ups on your specific contribution and the outcome.
- How many interviews will I have, and what format?
- Accenture says: 'We hold interviews over the phone, via video or in person' and 'The number of interviews you'll have depends on the role.' In practice, entry-level loops are often 1-2 interviews and experienced-hire loops 2-3, but this varies by role, level, and country.
- Can I use AI to help during the interview?
- No. Accenture prohibits 'using AI products during interviews to generate answers to questions for you' and uses 'proctoring tools and AI-detection methods.' They state 'what matters most are your authentic skills and story,' looking for 'potential, purpose, and people ready to grow.'
- Is there a case interview or coding test in this mock?
- No. This mock covers the fit/behavioral portion only. Consulting/strategy roles include a case interview and some roles include a proctored online activity (technical skills, natural strengths, or decision-making); both are out of scope here, as is any live-coding round for technical roles.
