Terms of Service
Last updated July 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of Larpy, the interview practice service at trylarpy.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What Larpy is
Larpy runs AI-led mock interviews, scores your performance, and gives you practice tools to prepare. It is a preparation and feedback tool. It is not a recruiter, not career or legal advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or any employment outcome. Treat its feedback as practice input, not professional advice.
Your account
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use Larpy. Keep your account secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts are not for sharing or resale.
Acceptable use
Use Larpy for your own genuine interview practice. Don’t resell or share access, don’t use automated or bulk methods to access the service, don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the limits and protections of the service, and don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share. Paid plans that offer “unlimited” usage are for normal individual use under a standard fair-use expectation.
Free tier, plans & billing
Larpy offers a free tier and paid options. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and are the amounts charged.
Subscriptions (e.g. Pro, Max) renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
One-time purchases (e.g. the Cram Pass, Season Pass, and coding top-ups) are single charges that grant access for the amount or window described at purchase and do not renew.
Refunds. Because Larpy delivers a usage-based digital service that begins immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once used. If something goes wrong — you were charged in error, or the service failed to deliver — email us and we’ll make it right. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the resume, job descriptions, answers, and code you provide. You grant Larpy the permission needed to process that content to run your interview, generate your report, and operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Larpy owns the platform, models integration, prompts, and generated interface — you may not copy or resell them.
Service “as is”
Larpy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t warrant that scores, feedback, or generated content are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI systems can make mistakes; use judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Larpy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive or harmful.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
